I began my real estate career in Boulder County in the summer of 1995. After obtaining my Real Estate Broker's license I continued my education and obtained the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. In May of 2002, after working for the same company since I started in 1995, I left and created my current local independent company, serving as the Broker/Owner.
I have helped people purchase homes throughout Boulder County, as well as in the surrounding counties and communities. I am a member of the regional multiple listing service and of the Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association (CEBAA), and served as an officer of CEBAA for many years.
With a background in education, I approach my Real Estate practice with an emphasis on service. Exclusive Buyer Agency provides the framework for me to work as a consumer advocate; helping people acquire the right home at the best possible price and terms, and protecting their interests in the process.
To further serve you I have developed a network of skilled, ethical practitioners in all areas relating to the acquisition of real estate. I can also refer you to skilled, ethical listing agents when you have a home to sell. When we work together I use all of my skills and associations to assist you.
